1. Booking & Confirmation

You contact us via our booking form or phone. We confirm availability, pricing, and get all the necessary details (property size, specific requirements, access method, etc.).

2. Arrival & Inspection

Our fully-equipped cleaning team arrives on time. Before starting, we do a quick walk-through to inspect the property and make sure all areas are accounted for.

3. Full Property Clean

When the kitchen and dining areas are cleaned we will move onto the living room area. We will start by removing any cobwebs, cleaning all pictures and mirrors, wiping fireplace and surrounding area, cleaning all doors and door handles, light switches, cleaning any furniture or fittings (behind, around and under) we will then clean the windows (inside only) and the floors.

4. Final Touches & Inspection

After cleaning, we do a final check to ensure all landlord/agency checklist points are met. Any missed spots are re-cleaned on the spot.

5. Job Completion & Guarantee

We inform you once the job is done. You’ll receive a receipt and can request a free re-clean within 72 hours if the landlord or agent raises any issues.

    Yes. Please provide a parking spot (ideally for a small van) within 50–150 metres of the entrance. This allows the team to unload equipment quickly and start without delays.

  • 5. Do I need to prepare anything in advance?

    Yes. Please remove all personal items, defrost the freezer at least 24 hours before, and make sure electricity, water, and lighting are working. This ensures a top-quality clean.

  • 6. Is the end of tenancy cleaning service guaranteed?
